Located about five minutes west of Downtown Minneapolis and nestled comfortably between the scenic Theodore Wirth and Bryn Mawr neighborhoods, @Glenwood encapsulates much of what makes the Twin Cities great. Lakes, trails and historical sites sprawl in every direction from our convenient placement nearby Highways 394 and 100.
@Glenwood contains two major parcels of land: a business campus to the East on the old Glenwood/Inglewood water facility, and a multi-use parcel to the West on the Fruen Mill site. Read more about each one below.
There's a lot of history in this space. For many decades, our facilities were utilized for the bottling and distribution of fresh spring water by the Glenwood Inglewood Water Company -- one of the largest in the Midwest. Many artifacts and mementos remain to commemorate this tradition.Watch a video history @glenwood Take an image tour of our history
The Fruen Mill
Minneapolis is nicknamed the Mill City, and the Fruen Mill is one of its oldest and most famous mills, and is located just next door to the Glenwood Inglewood site. Built by William H. Fruen in 1872, the massive structure can be seen from miles around and is a popular tourist attraction.Watch a drone fly over of the mill
